Improved live-music has tradition at the Fanningerwirt.

Rock musicians from Lungau put on the heat on the spectators in the Rock Café or open-air on the “Apfelbaum “ stage. Scores of fans listen to jammin´ rock music from Eric Clapton to Led Zeppelin.

If you want to see original autographs of Carlos Santana, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, Kris Kristofferson, Manfred Mann, Ian Paice or Wolfgang Ambros, you have to join the Holzers´ Rock Café.

How everything began …

Inspired by the Hardrock Café London, after a trip to England´s capital in 1998 we opened our small but nice coffee house.

Over time it turned to a real Rock Café: Good Music, live broadcasting of music events, small scale concerts indoors as well as outdoors. You will find hardly a comparable location where you can learn as much about rock music.

Drummer and owner Toni Holzer calls it his actual living room.
