Ambience
The restaurant is sunshiny and bright, homey with an appealing selection of watercolor paintings and offers room for up to 30 individuals. It lends itself perfectly for baptisms, small weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, Christmas parties and much more.
Another comfy hideaway for small circles offers the “Zirbenstube”, convincing with Toni´s hunting trophies and the Swiss stone pine interior – marvelously!
The Chef
Toni Holzer attaches special importance on best quality and fresh products, that are served accompanied by fine wines or a cool glass of draft beer served by his wife Christa.
The skilled chef collected practical experience in Austria and abroad: He spent many summer seasons on the North Sea Island Föhr working as a chef and also as a butcher. For winter he used to come back to Lungau and worked as skiing instructor.
A range of Toni´s many-sided interest: Besides being the drummer of the band “White Man” he loves hunting, collecting mushrooms, playing soccer, riding his motor bike, ski touring, painting and – off course – cooking.
